உலகை நலம் பெறச் செய்வோம்.. வாருங்கள்...

என் பள்ளிக்கூட நாட்கள் நினைவில் வருகிறது.... அப்போது, நான் நினைத்திருந்தேன், " இந்த உலகம் ஒரு இசைத்தட்டு, அதில் இருந்து ஒலிக்கும் ஒரு பாடலே என் வாழ்க்கை..." என்று.... அந்த நினைவோடு நிறைய ஆண்டுகள் கடந்து வந்தேன், எதைப் பற்றியும் கவலையில்லாமல்.... உண்மையிலேயே நான் எதிர்காலத்தைப் பற்றி கவலைப்படவும் இல்லை, எதிர்காலத்தில் என் இதயத்தைத் துப்பாக்கிக் குண்டுகள் துளைக்குமா? அல்லது துரோகம் துளைக்குமா? என்பதைப் பற்றி சிந்திக்கவும் இல்லை.... ஏனெனில், என் பள்ளிக்கூட வாழ்க்கை மிகவும் வேடிக்கையாகவும், மகிழ்ச்சி நிறைந்ததாகவும் இருந்தது.... தினமும் நண்பர்களோடு விளையாடுவேன்..... இரவெல்லாம் கனவு காண்பேன்.... நான் இளைஞனான போது, என் வீட்டிற்கு வெளியே உள்ள உலகம் பற்றி எனக்குத் தெரியாது.... அதனால், இந்த உலகம் எனக்கு புதுமையாகவும், அதே வேளையில் மிக பயங்கரமாகவும் காட்சியளித்தது.... இந்த உலகில் எங்குப் பார்த்தாலும் கொள்ளை, கொலை, கற்பழிப்பு, துன்பங்கள், குழந்தைகள் ரோட்டில் பிச்சை எடுத்தல், நாட்டுக்கு நாடு போர், தீவிரவாதத் தாக்குதல்கள் என எண்ணிலடங்கா மனிதநேயமற்ற செயல்களே நடந்தன.... அதே சமயத்தில், வானில் இயற்கையாகத் தோன்றிடும் வானவில்களையும், நீல நிற வானத்தையும், நட்சத்திரங்களையும் கண்டேன், கடந்த கால அழிவுகளில் இடிந்த கட்டிடங்களையும், சிதைந்த கார்களையும் பார்த்தேன், நான் குழந்தையாக இருந்த போது, என் வாழ்க்கையின் மீது மிக அதிகமாக அக்கறை கொண்டு இருந்தேன்..... அப்போது, மகிழ்ச்சியாகவும், பெருமையாகவும், சுதந்திரமாகவும் இருந்தேன்..... ஆனால்,,, நான் வளர வளர, என் வாழ்க்கையில் இருள் சூழ ஆரம்பித்தது.... என் பிரகாசமான உலகம் சிமென்ட், மணல், ஜல்லி மற்றும் கம்பிகளால் ஆன கான்கீரிட் மற்றும் தகரமாக மாறிவிட்டது...... இப்போது, தினமும் வன்முறைச் சம்பவங்களைக் காண்கிறேன்,..... அவற்றை மாதிரி சம்பவங்களை என் குழந்தைப் பருவத்தில் நான் கண்டதே இல்லை..... அந்த வன்முறை சம்பவங்களில் எனக்குத் தெரிந்த மக்களும் இறக்கத் தொடங்கினார்கள்..... என் இதயமே தரையில் விழுந்து புழுவாய் துடிப்பதைப் போன்று துன்பத்தை அனுபவித்தேன்.... நான் நேசிக்கும் மக்களிடையே கோபம், பொறாமை, துரோகம், போன்ற கெட்ட மற்றம் மோசமான நோய்கள் பரவி காணப்படுகின்றன..... அதோடு மட்டுமல்லாமல் அவை வருங்கால சந்ததிகளின் மனங்களையும் மாசுபடுத்தி வருகின்றன..... இவற்றையெல்லாம் பார்த்த பின் , நான் நினைத்தேன், " இந்த உலகம் ஒரு விளையாட்டு மைதானம், அதில் என் வாழ்க்கை ஒரு விளையாட்டு..." என்று, ஆனால், துரதிஷ்டவசமாக நான் நினைத்தது போல் வாழ்க்கையும், உலகமும் இல்லை..... அதனால், பல சமயங்கள் என் துக்கம் என்னையும் மீறி அலறல்களாக, கதறல்களாக வெளிப்பட்டது.... என்னால் முடிந்த அளவிற்கு மற்றவர்களைப் போல் வாழாமல், தூய அன்போடு வாழ நினைத்தேன், அதனால், என் மனதை உயர்வான எண்ணங்களால் நிரப்பினேன்... என் வழியில் பயணத்தைத் தொடர்ந்தேன்.... என்னால் செய்யப்பட வேண்டியவை நிறைய உள்ளன.... நான் ஒரு சபதம் பூண்டேன், " இனி நான் அமைதியாக இருக்க மாட்டேன்... வன்முறை, அடக்குமுறைகளுக்கு எதிராக குரல் கொடுப்பேன்.... என் லட்சியத்தில் வெற்றி பெறும் வரை, என் வாழ்க்கையில் எனக்கு என எதையும் நான் விரும்பி அடையப் போவதில்லை... நான் எப்போதும் சிரித்த முகத்தோடு பிறருக்காக, என் மக்களுக்காக வாழ்வேன்... என்னால் முடிந்ததைக் கொடுப்பேன், மற்றவர்களுக்கு அன்போடு உதவுவேன், எனக்கு தெரியும், இதுவே என் பலம்...." என்று.... நான் யாரையும் மிரட்டவோ, கொல்லவோ, அடிபணிய வைக்கவோ வரவில்லை.... என் கூட கை கோர்த்து வாருங்கள் மக்களே.... இவ்வுலகில் புதியதொரு விடியலைக் காண்போம்..... நாம் அனைவரும் ஓருவரோடு ஒருவர் தூய்மையான அன்பு கொண்டு இணைந்திருந்தால், இந்த உலகில் நம்மை வேறு எதனாலும் தோல்வி அடையச் செய்ய முடியாது..... உலகின் பாதுகாப்பு பற்றியும், மனித சமுதாயத்தின் முன்னேற்றம் பற்றியும் நினைவுபடுத்துவோம்.... உலக அமைதியே மனித சமுதாயத்தின் சிறந்த முன்னேற்றம்.... இவற்றை மறுத்து பணம் தேடி, பொருள் தேடி ஓடிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் இந்த உலகை நலம் பெறச் செய்வோம்..... வாருங்கள்......

ARTICLE FOR CHIEF MINISTER

In the Republic of India, aChief Ministeris the elected head of governmentof each of twenty-nine states and two union territories(Delhi and Puducherry). According to the Constitution of India, the Governoris a state's de jurehead, but de factoexecutive authority rests with the Chief Minister. Following elections to the state legislative assembly, the Governor usually invites the party (or coalition) with a majority of seats to form the government. The Governor appoints and swears in the Chief Minister, whose council of ministersare collectively responsibleto the assembly. Based on the Westminster system, given that he retains the confidence of the assembly, the Chief Minister's term can last for the length of the assembly's life—a maximum of five years. Eligibility[ edit]
The Constitution of Indiasets the principle qualifications one must meet to be eligible to the office of the Chief Minister. A Chief Minister must be:
*.a citizen of India.
*.should be a member of the state legislature. If a person is elected chief minister who is not a member of the legislature, then he/she must take sign from governor.
*.of 25 years of age or more [2]
Election[ edit]
The chief minister is elected through a majority in the state legislative assembly. This is procedurally established by the vote of confidence in the legislative assembly, as suggested by the governor of the state who is the appointing authority.
Oath[ edit]
Since, according to the constitution, the chief minister is appointed by the governor, the swearing in is done before the governor of the state.
